The story behind our mission

Better heart care starts
with working together.

In 2016, cardiologist Salah Said visited Kilimanjaro Christian Medical Centre in Moshi. What he saw stayed with him. That visit inspired the idea for a heart and vascular clinic.

Doctors, nurses, technicians and other volunteers contribute their time. Working with Tanzanian colleagues, they share expertise, collect medical equipment and help develop the clinic.
