In October 2019, Hart voor Tanzania featured in RTV Oost\u2019s Overijssel in Actie campaign. The broadcaster highlighted the volunteers, retired doctors, hospitals and businesses working towards a heart clinic in Moshi. It introduced people across the region to the project and the support it needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first containers of hospital supplies were on their way. A working group was also preparing to visit KCMC. Alongside healthcare professionals, people with construction and organisational experience would work with hospital managers on the plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inviting Overijssel to take part<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The campaign welcomed different kinds of support. Funding was needed to develop the clinic, while donated equipment and volunteers\u2019 time also played a part. RTV Oost\u2019s coverage showed how these efforts fitted together and invited others to help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
